When we sat down to eat, we were greeted warmly . Perfect appetizer. Not too filling.
The CK menu is abundant with all the southern classics, from country-fried steak to greens, to fried chicken to chitterlings. There are also a variety of salads to choose from for those of us who might be a bit more heart conscious these days.

Service was average, nothing to super to write home about. However, on our way out, at least three employees said goodbye and thanked us for coming.
The only down side about this restaurant is that you have to park in one of the garages or at the lot about a block away. The first two hours are free. Once you’ve eaten all that soul food, though, who wants to hoof it back to the car?
