Former Northwestern Student Found Dead in District
TBD.com has reported that Metro Police have found the body of 17-year-old Ebony Franklin stuffed in a trash can in Northwest Washington, D.C.
TBD.com is reporting that Washington, D.C. police have identified a girl whose body was found stuffed in a trash can in Columbia Heights on Monday as 17-year-old Ebony Franklin of Capitol Heights.
Franklin's death was ruled a homicide, but investigators have not released the cause of death.
According to the TBD report, the girl's mother said Franklin disappeared Friday night while coming from her home to her father's home in the District.

Franklin attended Northwestern High School before transferring to Cardozo High School after she moved in with her father.
