Fourth of July Recycling Disruption in Hyattsville

Many Hyattsville residents have their recycling picked up on Thursday. But with Independence Day falling on a Thursday this year, what happens with collection this week?

In short: you'll have to save some space in the recycling bin, because it'll have to last two weeks. 

According to the city of Hyattsville, "if your recycling collection falls on the holiday, your pick-up will be on the next regularly scheduled collection day, Thursday, July 11."
