Take a peek inside and around a handful of Hyattsville's historic buildings today.
Hyattsville's historic houses take center stage today as part of the appropriately named Historic Hyattsville House Tour.
The self-guided tour will allow visitors to tour 11 Hyattsville homes, including some of the city's Victorian houses as well as the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge and
This is the 33rd annual Hyattsville historic house tour. The proceeds will fund the activities of the Hyattsville Preservation Association.

This is the first time the Odd Fellows Lodge has been included in the tour. And while DeMatha's monastery has been featured before, in the 2003 tour, it has since undergone significant renovations. The building, which once housed residences for Trinitarian brothers, is now an administrative annex filled with offices and conference rooms.
The tour runs from 1-5 p.m. today only. Â

If you've waited this long to buy tickets (), then you'll have to shell out $12 to get access to the houses on the tour. Tickets will be sold today starting at 12:30 p.m. at the multipurpose room in the Hyattsville Municipal Building on 4310 Gallatin Street. Â
