Homicide Charges Filed In Fatal Shooting Of Landover Man
PG County Police arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting of a Landover, Maryland man that took place Thursday in District Heights.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Homicide detectives with the Prince George's County Police Department arrested a homeless man in connection with the fatal shooting of a Landover man last Thursday in District Heights, according to a police release.
Around 5:10 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1700 block of Berry Lane for the report of a shooting. They found Jawuan Ingram, 23, of Landover, Maryland, suffering from a gunshot wound outside the residence. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
An investigation revealed that Dartangan Page, 24, of no fixed address, knew each other and were together inside a nearby home. While they were together, Ingram was shot. Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.

PGPD charged Page with second degree murder, manslaughter and additional charges. He is being held in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
