Hyattsville Man Wins Kimmel Scavenger Hunt

In lighter news, an area family got a chance to compete on national television when they took part in Jimmy Kimmel's Skype Scavenger Hunt last night. The contestants were only identified by their first names, but it pitted Hyattsville resident Shawn against family members Chico and Amy (of Vienna, Va.) and Jackie (of Whittset, N.C.). Shawn ended up the victor, but the entire family walked away with some sweet swag, each winning a pretty slick looking Skype enabled television set.
