Polls Close in Hyattsville Election

The votes have been cast, and the polls are now closed in the 2013 Hyattsville municipal elections. 

Polls opened at 7 a.m. and voters had until 8 p.m. to cast their ballots.

Other than wet weather, voters, poll workers and poll watchers for the various campaigns reported no real issues casting ballots throughout the day.

Elections results for all five ward races are expected shortly. Stay tuned to Hyattsville Patch for updates as the night wears on.
