Update: EYA Openings

So, many of us are wondering exactly when Busboys and Poets and the other retailers planned for EYA's East Village are going to open their doors.

If you drive by the development now, you'll see some really cool things happening! Rowhomes are popping up -- and some even have their facades on them. Cranes, bulldozers and crewmen are hard at work out there building out what could become one of Hyattsville's highlights.

Signs on the southern retail building boast Yes! Organic Market's planned home and a sign on the corner of the northern building indicate that's where Elevation Burger will set up shop.

While Hyattsville Patch and other local media outlets have been reporting that the new joints would open during the first four months of 2011, some of those dates have changed slightly. Here's the latest from EYA:
