Victim Ejected From Car In Busy Intersection Crash
A driver was ejected from a car and taken to a local hospital for treatment. Another driver and passenger were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

About 4:30 a.m. on Sunday two cars collided at the intersection of Belcrest Road and Queens Chapel Road, resulting in one person being ejected from their car and sustaining severe injuries, police said.
Upon arriving on the scene, found that one of the cars involved tried to turn left from northbound Queens Chapel onto Belcrest Road when it was hit by another vehicle traveling southbound on Queens Chapel Road.
The driver of the first vehicle was ejected from a car and taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said. The other driver and passenger were treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police aren’t yet aware of alcohol was involved.

Because of the nature and extent of injuries to the driver of the first car, the Prince Georges County Police Accident Reconstruction Unit is handling the investigation, according to
