Friday, March 23 - 

7:30 p.m. - Huggie Hugster and Friends - - 3311 Rhode Island Avenue, Mount Rainier - Donations Strongly Encouraged - Local singer songwriter Huggie Hugster headlines a concert celebrating International Woman's Month.

Saturday, March 24 - 

6:30 p.m. - - - Free - Film explores the relationship between diet, lifestyle and the modern pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. Light refreshments served at 6:30 p.m., film begins at 7:30 p.m.

8 p.m. - Tehreema Mitha Dance Company - Joe's Movement Emporium - 3309 Bunker Hill Road, Mount Rainier - $20 General Admission, discounts available for students, seniors and youth - This South Asian American dance troupe known for its athletic routines, dramatic style, and unique musical accompanyment. Performance moves from classical dances, through contemporary items, ends with a flourish in the contemporary style. Troupe also performs on Sunday, March 25 at 7 p.m. 

Sunday, March 25

11 a.m. - - - Free - The Genesis Chorale, a select youth choir of home-schooled children based out of New Jersey, present a diverse selection of classical and contemporary choral music at First Baptist Church's Sunday morning worship service. All are welcome. 

12 p.m. - - - 3311 Rhode Island Avenue, Mount Rainier - Free - Locally grown, world blown violinist Raycurt Johnson stops by Urban Eats on Sunday to add sweet tones to your brunch. 

2:30 p.m. - -  - Free - Nutritionist and vegan lifestyle advocate Ishmael Suero discusses the roots of medicine and the raw food movement.
