$50,000 Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Kensington
Someone purchased a Maryland lottery ticket in Kensington worth $50,000 and officials are looking for the winner.

KENSINGTON, MD — Did you play Bonus Match 5 Monday night? You may have enjoyed a manic moment if you bought your ticket at Shoppers store in Kensington.
The Maryland Lottery is looking for the lucky player holding a $50,000 top-prize winning ticket from the Aug. 13 drawing that carries these five winning numbers: 3, 26, 31, 36 and 37 the Bonus Ball was 25. If you are the winner, Lottery officials urge you to sign the back of the ticket and put it in a safe place, according to a news release.
The winner has 182 days to claim his or her prize in person at Lottery headquarters, 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore.

The Montgomery County retailer also has reason to celebrate. The Lottery will give the store at 5110 Nicholson Lane a bonus of $500 for selling the top-prize ticket in the game.
