Buckle Up for the Kensington Car Show
The weekend event will benefit the Noyes Children's Library Foundation.

Classic and custom cars will be featured at The Kensington Car Show on Sunday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 3794 Howard Ave., according to a news release.
Dozens of automobiles and motorcycles will be on display and parked alongside delicious food vendors, live music, a monster truck exhibition and children’s activities. Awards will be given for best-in-show and the top 25 cars and motorcycles.
Enthusiasts can register their cars online until April 10 or onsite at the show. A minimum donation of $15 per car is required for registration, which benefits the Noyes Children’s Library Foundation.

“A love of cars, family-friendly fun and a chance to raise money for the Noyes Children’s Library Foundation motivated us to host the second annual event,” said Shawn Elliott, organizer of the show. “We hope that Maryland, Virginia and D.C. car enthusiasts will come out to enjoy the spring weather and family fun.”
The Kensington Car Show is presented by Lake Liberty, Kensington Service Center and Bruno’s Classic Muscle, all owned by Maryland entrepreneur, Mario Bruno, who was inspired to support The Kensington Car show in order to share his love of cars with the community.

“I’ve been a ‘car-guy’ since I was 12-years-old and an automotive business owner in the area for almost 20 years,” said Bruno. “Presenting the Kensington Car Show is a natural fit. It allows me the opportunity to say thank you to the community for supporting my dreams and I get to enjoy looking at some remarkable cars and bikes.”
A rain date is scheduled on April 19.
