Shira Klein, was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma on New Years Eve 2010, just days before her youngest son, Lucas' 1st birthday. Shira has been undergoing chemotherapy treatments for the past 2 years and is now in need of a stem cell transplant!! This is where your help is needed!!!
