Kensington Resident Promoted to Cresa Senior Vice President

Cresa Washington DC recently promoted Kensington resident, Chris J. Finley, to Senior Vice President in the firm's Bethesda office.

Cresa Washington DC recently promoted Chris J. Finley to Senior Vice President. Cresa is the world’s largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of integrated services.

Finley joined Cresa in 2008, bringing over 10 years of leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skill sets, and helping to develop new business in the DC region and nationally. Prior to Cresa, Finley worked in the Corporate Solutions division of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.

Finley received a Bachelor of Art in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. The Kensington, MD, resident was named one of Cresa’s Top Producers in 2014 and 2015. Finley is a former board member of DC SCORES, a U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional, and a licensed real estate salesperson in the District of Columbia, the state of Maryland, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
