Detectives from the Montgomery County Police- 5th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Damascus man.

Brenton Hayes, age 29, of Tralee Court, was last seen on foot at approximately 8:00 p.m. yesterday evening (Tuesday, June 1) in the area of University Boulevard West and Veirs Mill Road in Wheaton.

Hayes is approximately 5’11” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.   Hayes was last seen wearing a green striped shirt, beige sweatpants, and white tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for Hayes’ welfare.  

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Brenton Hayes is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
