Detectives from the Montgomery County Police- Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public for help in locating a missing juvenile from Potomac.

Ava Murphy, age 17, was last seen by family at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, at her Regency Drive home.
Murphy is approximately 5'4" tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair with blond bangs. She has a tattoo of roman numerals on her right collar bone. Murphy was last seen wearing black leggings and a dark colored sweatshirt. Â

Police and family are concerned for Murphy's welfare.
At this time, there is no indication of foul play involved in this missing person case.
