Montgomery County Department Of Police: Silver Alert Issued For Missing 75-Year-Old Man With Dementia (LOCATED)

The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Layhill area man who has dementia.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 75- year-old Jin Woo Shin. 

Mr. Shin was last seen at approximately 7:00 pm yesterday evening (Thursday, May 27) when he left his friend’s home in Virginia en route back to his Redspire Drive home.  He was driving his 2013 silver Acura MDX with Maryland tags: 5BD4578. 

Mr. Shin is approximately 5’7”  tall and 140 pounds. 

Anyone with information regarding Jin Woo Shin’s whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
