New Bike Shop Opening On Church Ave In Kensington
A sign promising a new bike and repair shop appeared on Church Avenue this week.

KENSINGTON, BROOKLYN — A new bike shop could be coming to the neighborhood.
A sign appeared this week on the awning of 733 Church Ave. promising a bicycle and repair shop would be coming soon.
"Pronto: Venta de Bicicletas," the sign read. "Coming Soon: Bicycle Sale & Repair Shop."

It was not immediately clear who exactly will be taking over the ground floor retail space, which previously belonged to Taqueria Los Poblanos, because Patch was unable to reach building owners by telephone.
The store, which would be just one block away from the protected bike lane on Ocean Parkway, will become Kensington's third bike shop when it opens.

There is also the Brooklyn Bicycle Center at 673 Coney Island Ave. and Two Friends Bike Repair at 658A East Third St.
