West Laurel Facility Sells for $7 Million

A San Francisco-based real estate company has completed the purchase of an 85,000 sqft. industrial facility in West Laurel, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.

The property, located at 14851 Sweitzer Lane in the Maryland 95 Corporate Park, was reportedly sold by Buckeye Enterprises LLC to the Terreno Realty Corporation for about $7.0 million.

Terreno owns and operates properties in six major coastal markets in the U.S., including the Washington, D.C./Baltimore corridor.
