Friday, June 5
- It is Glen Echo’s Art Walk in the Park from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight. The art studios are open and many artists demonstrate their skills. The Glen Echo Cafe is open and you may wish to join the social dancing in the Spanish Ballroom.
- The Lloyd Dobler Effect band performs in Rockville Town Square from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Enjoy this free outdoor concert.
- Downtown Live free outdoor concerts continue in Silver Spring tonight with The Crawdaddies band at 6:30 p.m.
- Lakefront Live outdoor concerts continue tonight at the Rio Lakefront Pavilion in Gaithersburg. Tonight the Fabulous Exaggerations perform from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- Kidz Bop Kids perform at the Fillmore Silver Spring at 7 p.m.
- Olney Theatre presents Arthur Miller’s The Price at 7:45 p.m.
- Round House Theatre in Bethesda presents the comedy NSFW at 7:15 p.m. Viewer discretion is advised.
- Mary Wilson of the Supremes performs at Bethesda Blues & Jazz Club at 8 p.m.

- Nourish Now, a local nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger in Montgomery County, is having their 4th annual fundraising gala at 7 p.m. in Bethesda.

- Imagination Stage’s ‘Sunday Fun Day’ program for young children features the children’s story ‘Stone Soup’ at 10 a.m.
- Bethesda Blues & Jazz Club presents “The Michael Live Project: A Tribute to Michael Jackson” at 11 a.m.
- Come visit Wheaton and enjoy the “20th Annual Taste of Wheaton” from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Wheaton Triangle
- Strathmore’s annual open house takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The Puppet Co. presents Cinderella in Glen Echo Park at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- It’s Maryland Community Band Day in Montgomery Village. Visit the Bowie Music Pavilion from noon to 8 p.m. to hear eight bands from across the state.
- Visit Metropolitan Ballet Theatre’s Open House in Gaithersburg from noon to 3 p.m. to explore all they have to offer, including summer camps.
- The annual Ama Tu Vida Health festival takes place at Veterans Plaza in Silver Spring from noon to 4 p.m.
