Nicole Diaz-Santos, age 15, was last seen by family at her Lemay Road home during the morning hours of May 29.
Diaz-Santos is approximately 5'1” tall and weighs 180 pounds.  She has brown eyes and black hair which is dyed pink.  Â

Police and family are concerned for Diaz-Santos’ welfare.  No foul play is suspected in this case.
