Detectives with the Montgomery County Department of Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 66-year-old man from downtown Silver Spring who has dementia.
Eugene Rodgers was last seen at approximately 4:00 p.m. yesterday (Thursday, June 17) when he left his Fenwick Lane residence on foot. Â At that time, Rodgers stated to friends that he was running an errand to a nearby store and that he would return soon. Â Friends and family have been unable to contact him since he left his home.

Rodgers is approximately 5’ 6” tall and weighs 130 pounds.  He is bald and has brown eyes. Rodgers was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Police and family are concerned for Rodgers’ welfare.
Anyone with information regarding Eugene Rodgers’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
