Mom, Daughter Start Cupcake Business Together: Mother's Day 2018

DARNESTOWN, MD — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Maryland to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

"We started a cupcake business a couple of years ago and she is my right hand lady, she critiques cakes, makes changes, and exchanges ides with me and of course mixes buttercream colors," Genovez told Patch. "I love her very much and can't imagine my life without her. She is mommy's helper."
