The Montgomery County Department of Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a Silver Spring man with dementia.  A Silver Alert has been activated for 51-year-old Hien Quang Duong.

Hien Duong was last seen at his residence located in the 10200 block of Georgia Avenue at approximately 2:00 am on Thursday, June 17.

Duong is approximately 5'1" tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.  He was last seen wearing a light color dress shirt and blue jeans.

Duong is driving a blue, 2017 Honda Accord with Maryland tags: 5CR1121.

Anyone with information regarding Hien Duong's whereabouts or anyone who sees his vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
