Anne Arundel Police Searching For Stolen Credit Cards

Five people are wanted for using credit cards taken in thefts in Gambrills and Glen Burnie, say Anne Arundel police.

MILLERSVILLE, MD — The Anne Arundel County Police Department released surveillance photos Tuesday of five individuals wanted for using stolen credit cards. The cards were taken out of wallets recently stolen in Gambrills and Glen Burnie, the police said.

They did not release descriptions of the five. The police allege that two of them stole a wallet with several credit cards from a vehicle at the LA Fitness at 2625 Brandermill Blvd. in Gambrills.

They then used the stolen credit cards at Rite Aid, at 2633 Brandermill Blvd.; Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1417 S. Main Chapel Way; and Target, 2384 Brandermill Blvd., the police said.

Anyone with information regarding their identities is asked to contact Detective K. Brewer at 410-222-8099.

The police also allege that three other individuals were involved in the theft and use of credit cards taken from a wallet stolen from the Dollar Tree store at 8711 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie.
