It's So Cold That...

We're collecting some observations about the blast of Arctic-type weather from around town. What was your experience Tuesday morning?

It's so cold that....

...there was line of cars more than a dozen deep at the Dunkin' Donuts in Hanover, because no one wanted to get out of their car to go inside. 
...schools were closed in Cecil and Harford County, and opened late in Prince George's and Baltimore County. In Anne Arundel, schools opened on time. Was it the right call?
......for the first time ever, my son put his hat and gloves on without arguing with me this morning. 
...there were plenty of photos on social media featuring car dash thermometers, like this one, and these.
