Local Artists To Showcase Work at Arundel Center
Artists from Gambrills and Severn are among the 21 selected to participate in the first art exhibit from the Anne Arundel County Commission on Disability Issues.

Artists from Severn and Gambrills will be among those with artwork on display at in Annapolis, as the Anne Arundel County Commission on Disability Issues holds its first art exhibit.
There will be 21 artists, including Jonathan Kellner of Gambrills and R.J. Ferrier of Severn. The artwork will be on display beginning April 19.Â
The artists range in age from school children to older adults.

The purpose of the exhibit is to give artists who have various disabilities a chance to showcase their talents in a highly visible, respected way, according to a press release from the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities.
Participants were selected by three judges from the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County.

The exhibit will run from April 19 to June 15, with an opening night reception being held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Arundel Center lobby, according to the release. The public is welcome to attend.

- Garland Burley, Daniel Davis, Ed Dober, Bryan Knipp, David Price, Keith Rebstock, Ashawn Supel and Rachel Vavra of Glen Burnie
- David Brown of Brooklyn Park.
- Nina De Angelo and Florita Washington of Annapolis
- Kevin Booze, Caleb Masser, Dan Seering and John Sheehan of Edgewater
- Corena McQueen of Millersville
- Eddie Harris of Pasadena
- Ashleigh Streiff and Elizabeth Johnson of Severna Park
