MD Police Find Drugs, Gun Stolen From VA In Traffic Stop: Report
Police said they found drugs and a gun stolen from Virginia during an Anne Arundel County traffic stop. Two Prince Georgians were arrested.

HANOVER, MD — Police said they found suspected drugs and a gun stolen from Virginia during a Friday traffic stop in Hanover. Officers reported stopping a green 2001 Lexus on southbound Baltimore-Washington Parkway near Arundel Mills Boulevard around 4:05 p.m.
Police wrote that they smelled marijuana coming from the car occupied by three people. After an investigation, officers noted that they found:
- The loaded .40-caliber Glock 27 handgun missing from Fairfax County, Virginia
- 377 grams of suspected marijuana
- $1,000 cash
- A digital scale
The Anne Arundel County Police Department said it arrested the accused men:

- 20-year-old Aaron Immanuel Clements of Brandywine
- 20-year-old Messiah Jashaun Lewis of Waldorf
- 19-year-old Cameron Noel Slaughter of Upper Marlboro
An incident report added that Clements was the one in possession of the gun. Police clarified that he is legally prohibited from carrying firearms.
