Pedestrian Fatally Struck By MARC Train In Anne Arundel: Report
A MARC train fatally struck a pedestrian near Severn, the Capital Gazette reported.

HARMANS, MD — The Capital Gazette reported that a Maryland Area Regional Commuter train fatally struck a pedestrian Tuesday in Harmans, just north of Severn. Journalist Donovan Conaway wrote that the Anne Arundel County Fire Department did not mention the name, gender or age of the victim, who died on the scene.
The accident happened around 7:10 a.m. about a half-mile south of Old Dorsey Road and Railroad Avenue, the Capital noted. Conaway added that the MARC train was heading south on the Penn Line.
