Police Said Hanover Man Crashed Dodge Into House

The crashed happened early Sunday morning on the 7600 block of Ridge Chapel Road in Hanover, Md.

HANOVER, MD — Police said a Hanover man is responsible for driving a car into a house on Sunday.

It happened at 1:37 a.m. on the 7600 block of Ridge Chapel Road when someone crashed a 2012 Dodge Avenger into the front of a house. The suspect fled the scene in the Dodge which was later located, but the driver was nowhere to be found, Anne Arundel Police investigators said.

The suspect in the case returned to crash site some time later and was arrested. Quentin Louis McClain, 28, of 1449 Fairfbanks Dr. is charged with driving under the influence.

The front of the house is severely damaged, but police did not report any injuries suffered by someone as a result of the crash.
