Struggle In Arundel Mills Garage Leads To DC Man's Arrest: Police
A struggle broke out in an Arundel Mills parking garage after a Washington, D.C. man tried to steal food from two women, police said.

HANOVER, MD — Police said a Saturday struggle in an Arundel Mills parking garage led to the arrest of a Washington, D.C. man. Officers noted that the encounter started around 6:30 p.m. as two women got off an elevator on the fourth floor of the garage, located in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills Circle.
An incident report accused the man of trying to grab a bag of food from the victims. The women fought off the suspect and held him around until police arrived, an incident report informed.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department identified the accused man as 32-year-old Keith Moore. Officers noted that they charged him accordingly.
