A Look Back, Waaay Back: What is this Owings Mills Building?

Ok history buffs. You immediately recognized the Harryman House in the last Look Back. Do you recognize this Owings Mills building?
Need some clues? It was a point of major controversy in the mid-90's when developers wanted to tear it down, while others advocated for the building to be relocated.
We also know that a man and his wife and 12 children inhabited the house at one time.
