BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash on the outer loop closed the beltway near Stevenson Road Thursday morning for hours, according to authorities. Transportation officials said two vehicles were involved in the crash, which happened before 9 a.m.

By noon, Interstate 695 had reopened in the area of Stevenson Road, authorities reported.

One vehicle overturned, WMAR reported.
