Crash On I-695 Jams Traffic On Southwest Side

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD -- Traffic is stacked up on Interstate 695 Friday afternoon in western Baltimore County a bit earlier than usual. A crash after 2:30 p.m. led to a lane closure on the outer loop that is causing bumper-to-bumper backups.

The crash involved three vehicles and happened in the area of I-695 at the exit for MD 122/Security Boulevard north.

The left lane and left shoulder were closed on the outer loop of I-695 at Security Boulevard as of 2:55 p.m.
