Donald Wayne Constantine, 76, Formerly of Owings Mills

Donald Wayne Constantine, 76, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, formerly of Owings Mills, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017, at Hanover Hospital. Born Dec. 14, 1940, in Owings Mills, he was the son of the late Ervin Leroy and Norma Louise Constantine. He was the husband of Nancy Lee McLaren Constantine, his wife of 49 years.

Donald was a retired mechanic who worked on diesel trucks. He enjoyed hard work just as much as he enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, going hunting, bird watching and taking care of his lawn.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children: Rudy Constantine and wife Ginger, and Bob Constantine and fiancé Mary Hopwood, all of Hanover, Pennsylvania; grandchildren: John, Tiffany, Matthew, Jesse, Cassey, and Brady; five great grandchildren; and siblings: Dot Skidmore of York, Pennslyvania, Frank Constantine of Westminster, Maryland, and Fran Diehl of Sykesville, Maryland.

He was predeceased by a son: Mark Constantine, and siblings: Buster Constantine, Norma Smith, Peck Constantine, and Brenda Noll.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. at the funeral chapel with interment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Sykesville, Maryland.
