Five Unlocked Vehicles Rifled Through
Four vehicles were looked through and an iPod stolen from another in Reisterstown and Owings Mills.

Five unlocked vehicles were rummaged through in Owings Mills and Reisterstown, with a theft from only one of them.
Between 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 12 and 5 a.m. on Feb. 13, thieves looked through three unlocked vehicles on the 200 block of Northway Road in Reisterstown. In two vehicles, the glove box was looked through but nothing was stolen, and an iPod was stolen from the third, according to police reports.
Between 9 p.m. on Feb. 14 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 15, two unlocked vehicles on the 3900 block of Esgarth Way in Owings Mills were looked through, but nothing was stolen, according to a police report.

All of the vehicles were parked in driveways, according to Lt. Rick Landsman of the Baltimore County Police Department's Franklin precinct. Police have not determined if the Reisterstown and Owings Mills incidents are connected, he said.
