Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery To Host Veterans Day Ceremony
The cemetery in Owings MIlls is holding an event to honor military personnel on Saturday, Nov. 11.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery is hosting a Veterans Day ceremony this weekend.
The ceremony is planned to run from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 11. It will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
According to the Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs, the cemetery in Owings Mills is the second busiest veterans cemetery in the U.S., with more than 1,300 burials annually.
