OWINGS MILLS, MD — Gov. Larry Hogan went to camp this week — training camp, that is. He joined his wife and grandchild at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills to watch a preseason practice session held by the Baltimore Ravens.

His grandson, Cam, even got a lesson in kicking from Justin Tucker.
