Have elementary-aged kids who are interested in drama or just need a creative outlet? Check out these classes offered at Pumpkin Theatre, 2905 Walnut Ave. in Owings Mills starting this Saturday, Oct. 12.

Creative Drama 1

• Grades Pre-K to 1
• Does your child love stories and playing make believe? In this class,children learn a variety of dramatic skills including creative movement, characterization, and voice. Participants will explore a children’s story in the process. Parents will be invited to participate in the final class with their child.

Creative Drama 2

• Grades 2 to 4
• This class builds on the skills learned in Creative Drama 1. Pantomime, improvisations, progressive story-telling, articulation, dramatic role play, and tableau are added to the basic creative drama skills for a fun, explorative session. Parents will be invited to participate in the final class with their child.
