High-Rise Apartment Being Built In Owings Mills

OWINGS MILLS-REISTERSTOWN, MD - From David S. Brown Enterprises: Construction has commenced on “The Met at Metro Centre,” a new seven-story, 114-unit luxury apartment project within Metro Centre at Owings Mills, a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) located in the Owings Mills section of Baltimore County. Expected to deliver in spring 2019, The Met represents the only high-rise apartment building in the Owings Mills marketplace and integrates Metro Centre’s numerous on-site amenities that significantly surpass the competition. Metro Centre is the only TOD in Baltimore County.

The multi-family building will offer one bedroom apartment with den and two bedroom apartments with den, with the residential units ranging from 814 to 1171 square feet of space.
