Home Of Joe Flacco Sells In Days: Report

The Reisterstown area home owned by the former Ravens quarterback quickly went off the market.

REISTERSTOWN, MD — The home of former Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco reportedly sold in four days. The Realtor from Sotheby's who handled the sale said the home was listed on May 10 and was purchased in cash on May 14, according to the Delaware News Journal.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed.

When it was listed, the home at 5 Norfolk Court went on the market for $1.59 million.

Formerly, the house belonged to Matt Birk, according to state property records. The fellow Ravens veteran retired in 2013, which was the year that records show the home was purchased.

That was also the year that Flacco was named the Super Bowl MVP after leading the Ravens to win Super Bowl XLVII.

Now 34, Flacco was a first-round draft pick in 2008 out of Delaware for the Ravens.

He was sidelined with a hip injury for several weeks of the 2018 season but says that he has since recovered.

Starting this season, he will be the new quarterback for the Denver Broncos.

General Manager and President of Football Operations said Flacco was a "perfect fit" for the Broncos.
