BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A single-vehicle crash slowed traffic Monday afternoon in Baltimore County along Interstate 695.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on the outer loop near Windsor Mill Road, transportation officials said.

The two left lanes and left shoulder were closed for the response.
