Formerly, the house belonged to Matt Birk, according to state property records. The fellow Ravens veteran retired in 2013, which was the year that records show the home was purchased.
Flacco, 34, was a first-round draft pick in 2008 out of Delaware for the Ravens and in 2013 was named the Super Bowl MVP after leading the Ravens to win Super Bowl XLVII.

He was sidelined with a hip injury for several weeks of the 2018 season but says that he has since recovered.
"I'm as healthy as I've ever been," Flacco told ESPN in March. Starting this season, he will be the new quarterback for the Denver Broncos.
The Broncos General Manager and President of Football Operations said Flacco was a "perfect fit" for the Broncos.
