Kentucky Man Looking for Smith Family in Reisterstown

A 49-year-old Kentucky man is searching for family members that may live in the Reisterstown area.

Billy Dougherty Jr. is looking for Francis Smith and Gail Smith, who he believes to be his biological mother and sister, respectively.

Dougherty was born at Union Memorial Hospital on Oct. 8, 1963, but was adopted. He is searching for family members who he’d like to get to know.

Dougherty currently resides in Loretto, Kentucky, and believes his family members lived in Reisterstown or Owings Mills as recently as 15 years ago, when they tried to contact him.
