Baltimore Man Arrested for Attempted Citgo Robbery
A Baltimore man was charged with attempted robbery after he tried to steal money from the Main Street Citgo.
A 27-year-old Baltimore man is charged with attempted robbery after he demanded money at the Citgo on Main Street in Reisterstown on Feb. 20.
Temitope Olowolayemo, of the 3300 block of Dudley Avenue, entered the Citgo, at 525 Main Street, with his hand hidden in his waist band and demanded money. The clerk did not comply, and Olowolayemo left as other patrons entered the store, according to a police report.
Olowolayemo was identified through investigation and arrested later that day, according to Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander at the Baltimore County Police Franklin Precinct.
