Man Found Dead In Water In Windsor Mill: Police
Police said a water rescue prompted a death investigation in Baltimore County.
WINDSOR MILL, MD — Police said a man was found dead in a pond Monday afternoon in Windsor Mill.
The victim was found in the 7200 block of Dogwood Road, where emergency personnel got him out of the water after 4 p.m.
Police said his body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
