Missing Windsor Mill Man Has Been Found: Police

Police said a man who disappeared Friday has been located.

WINDSOR MILL, MD — A man who was reported missing in Windsor Mill has been found, police said Wednesday.

Authorities said he had gone for a walk Friday and did not return home.

"Bernard Emanuel has been located safe," the Baltimore County Police Department said in a statement Wednesday. "Thank you to everyone who shared his information!"

PREVIOUS REPORT: A man who suffers from a cognitive impairment went for a walk Friday in Windsor Mill and did not return home, according to police.

Officials say Bernard Emanuel, 73, disappeared at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 12.

He was last seen wearing blue pants and a black jacket. Police said he has a graying beard and is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 170 pounds.
