Missing Girl, 14, Was Last Seen In Owings Mills: Police
Have you seen this missing teen? Her last known location was in Owings Mills, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
OWINGS MILLS, MD — Authorities say a girl has been missing since before Christmas. She was last seen in Owings Mills, and police released information about her Thursday in hopes of finding her.
Modeana Pearl Brown, 14, was last seen Monday, Dec. 23, leaving the 100 block of Willow Bend Drive, according to police.
She is described as 5-feet-1-inch tall and 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
