Missing In Maryland: 8 People Have Disappeared
Multiple people have disappeared recently in Maryland. Can you help find them?
MARYLAND — Multiple people have been reported missing across Maryland in recent weeks, and we are hoping you can help bring them home. One is a teen with cognitive impairment. Another is an octogenarian who needs medication for a cognitive condition.

Chander Parkash Ahuja, 76, was last seen in Forest Glen by family around 10 a.m. Saturday, May 22. He walked away from his home on Walsh View Terrace wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt and khaki pants. He is bald, has brown eyes, wears glasses and is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 200 pounds. Call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000.

Rykeem Gaines, 15, is missing from Randallstown. He suffers from a cognitive impairment and may be in emotional distress, according to authorities. He was last seen at 7 a.m. Saturday, May 22, in the 9300 block of Edway Circle. Police said he may be headed to Baltimore or on an MTA bus. Cecille Canton, 81, was last seen in the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville, police said. She was wearing a red dress with a white shawl when she disappeared before 11:30 a.m. Friday. She needs medication for a cognitive condition. Police said she may be headed to Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. She is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 107 pounds. Jaida D. Pimble, 13, was last seen in Bowie Tuesday, May 18. She was wearing a black hoodie with black leggings and black patent-leather Jordans with white soles, according to authorities, who said she is known to frequent Minnesota Avenue and Benning Road in Washington, D.C. Christopher L Thomas Weissend, 27, of Frederick, was last seen Thursday, May 13, by his family and girlfriend. He does not have a cell phone and was "going to the mountains" last time they spoke, his loved ones told authorities. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved flannel shirt that was tan with dark blue jeans and black work boots. Shaniya Hansley, 14, of Germantown was last seen by family around 2 p.m. on Friday, May 14. She walked away from her home on Fenchurch Court while wearing a black jacket with gray tights and black shoes. Shaniya is about 4 feet, 11 inches tall and 240 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Sandra Lee Bender, 51, was last leaving the Regency Care of Silver Spring at 9101 Second Avenue with a friend around 1:30 pm. on Saturday, May 15. Bender and her friend left in a green Ford conversion van with Maryland tag: 4CM5028, according to police, who said authorities and loved ones are concerned about Bender's physical and emotional well-being.
