Missing Woodlawn Man Has Cognitive Impairment: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A man who suffers from cognitive impairment has been reported missing in the Woodlawn area.

James Benjamin, 54, was last seen on Security Boulevard at Belmont Avenue at 7:30 a.m. Monday, police said.

He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 340 pounds. Benjamin was wearing a gray track suit when he disappeared, according to officials.

He is from the 1700 block of Winding Brook Way in Woodlawn, authorities say.
